Angry Shiv Sainiks were on streets in Pune to protest after derogatory images of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and late Shiv Sena chief Bal Thackeray were posted on FB on Saturday. Chinchwad, Katraj, Hadapsar, Bhosari and Faraskhana under control.

Shiv Sena leaders gheraoed RR Patil (Home Minister) who promised to talk to Facebook and Google for removing the objectionable content. Facebook successfully blocked access to the content in question at 2am on sunday and normal traffic was resumed in Pune.
