State of Joy is good, but in no way better than the capital of Happiness :), for it lives longer than Joyness. Happiness ahs longer shelf life whereas Joy is synthetic, with a shelf-life of few momets or hours, not life time. So.. devote to the things that give you Happiness of life time rather than Joy of short vulnerable time..
